Older....Official D1-MIUI-0.12.3.2

I have a Mac and just downloaded 12.3.2 without any issues. I've already renamed to update.zip. I'm waiting for my phone to charge and will add followed by one of the new transitions.

Mike

yeah - my aging G4 is not seeing the Droid, nor is Droid giving me the option to mount as storage device...if it were a PC i'd load the Moto driver & be done with it. i kinda hate the POS Mac most of the time.

gonna try to rename to update.zip & Dropbox it. otherwise i'll have to wait 'til i get to work tomorrow to finish the job :'(

Got ya! Hope the Dropbox works.

menu> settings> personal> Menu Settings> Original grid

Play with the themes a bit...and you can change some things around.
The mods are starting to come out as the updates are slowing down now.
More folks are getting time to tweak.

Ok so I have .12.3.0 installed & working well enough to grab the forums app and TiBu from the market, but I cannot get my Droid to d/l the .12.3.2 update. I keep getting a "file not supported" error. I do have the "unknown sources" box checked. Any way to trick it? Can I d/l it via the Mac & email it to myself? Or push it to SD via USB? I only have a Mac here at home, tho - not sure it'd see the Droid.

Open Astro File Manager, go to preferences and enable all downloads then you should be able to download the file directly to your phone.

That only changed the display when I tap the menu soft key the other menu's still display like the iPhone on my phone.

just like he said, it only changes the appearance when pushing the menu button...but once in that particular menu goes right back to iPhone style..

Did you try rebooting?

When I changed the settings it asked me if I wanted to reboot, I did but only the first menu changed.

Oh, you mean the settings menus? I didn't even realize that they were iPhone style (never had an iPhone). Yeah, no way to change those back to "stock" style that I know of. I'm a big fan of the original grid soft-key menus though, so I was stoked when that option was added.

I'm OK with either.

I just installed the 12.3.2 update and 88 transition. This rom is very very fast! Now, if I can get that darn battery percent out of the left side of the notification bar I will be happy.

If it's on the left side then I'm pretty sure that it's got to be an app that's installed on your phone that's doing it.
