OTA UPDATE DROID 4 AUGUST 18th

most of those ICS roms are based on unofficial builds, with little support. I am all for roms, but what's the point when they are not stable? I may not like stock roms 100%, but with tweaks and hacks due to root, I can get them to what I want them to be.

Thanks for the cache tip, I guess it is back to rooting, downloading and installing. But any tips on fixing that Youtube.apk that keeps aborting my update?

The OTA is in the roms section. You could just fastboot ICS.
