OTA Update Fails

Thanks for the help there....should i just keep rebooting it and going into settings for the updates?

Make sure you have a fully charged battery, then go to Settings-Apps-All and find "Updater", Stop the app then Clear Data, pull the battery, then power up, and then check for Updates, even if it returns nothing, just let the phone sit for about a 1/2 hour. If nothing, you might have to do a Factory Reset and start over with the first part of the update again. If even that fails, then something in your existing ROM is corrupt and you will need to flash the RUU.

If the above advise doesn't work for you, install the ics ruu zip file. Install it twice, then let the phone boot up normally.

The ruu will do a factory reset and wipe the internal sdcard. The removable microSD card should be left untouched.

The bootloader should be locked or relocked before installing the ruu.
