PATCH — Focused 1.9.0 update to 2.3.340

Sephtin, maybe you can answer this, what happens if we muck things up on the OTA, are we just out of luck since there is no full sbf out. I kind of like being on 2.3.15 since we have the full sbf in case we mess things up. thanks for any advice you may have on this subject.

Only a /system .sbf that I'm aware of...

Which reminds me.. wonder if it's possible to use the full .320 .sbf if stuff really hit the fan.. (?).
Might find out someday... ;)

I caved. I'm on the OTA 2.3.340.

Does the patch work then since my kernel is not the same as yours and you are on the OTA? I have the same kernel as eric after applying the patch who was on the leak as well.

The patch should work for anyone on the OTA (2.3.340), or the Leak (2.3.320).
It just updates some drivers to the 2.3.340 versions...

Ok no doubt. I guess I would have to actually download the OTA to get the same kernel as you then?
 
Worked good took 25 seconds. One thing (i like) is sliders went transparent on lock screen. Is that by design or should I reflash juice theme to prevent issues?

I don't believe it's possible to go directly from 2.3.320 to 2.3.340. The OTA is a patch, so if you don't have 2.3.15 /system files, then it will fail.
 
What will happen if we are on Focused 1.9.0 for 2.3.15 and we patch up to 2.3.32 will that ROM still work or should i use "928Droid X Official OTA 2.2 Froyo 2.3.15 "Back to Stock" first then use the patch?
I am trying to work my way up to this patch.
