Phone camera questions

I imagine this has been covered here before, and if so feel free to point me that direction.

I'm looking for an app that has a bit more flexibility in camera settings than the stock camera app in my new Razr Maxx. I can't email the 2 mb pics out of the phone easily and would like to be able to shrink them down without cropping or loosing much quality in the pics at times.

What are you all running for camera apps that might help me out.

If you use a 3rd party messenger it should shrink it down before sending. That's what Handcent does at least
