Please help with coding

I can't for the life of me figure out how to change the color of links on my Blogspot blog...the custom theme broke my font/color section so I'm trying to change the HTML manually.

I just want to change it to blue....

I would start with:

I change the "338dc9" to the hexadecimal color value you want (I.E. 0000ff for blue)

Freaking found it. It was part of the nav bar, so I changed it to 3399FF

I'm also thinking that if you're posting a comment, then:

would be where you adjust the link color. Inn this case the #fff is the color.

I was too, especially since the nav bar said it was hidden, I ignored the damn section.
