Possible Lte outage: 1/7/12

Don't know in Eastern PA as I turned 4G off on my Nexus. Verizon claims that I have 4G, but I rarely get it, the radio will not switch back and forth from 4G to 3G, and I found just keeping it on 3G will at least keep a data connection, which is better then no connection at all.

I have not had 3g or 4g on my thunderbolt over the past two days here in Pittsburgh, not sure what's going on.

this is the first time I've never had a single issue with LTE, I'm visiting Pittsburgh, PA and have had full 4g all day... been so ridiculously happy. back home in Seattle I'm lucky to have 4g or even 3g one day a week.:icon_ lala:

Lost 4g around Noon today in Raleigh, had to switch it over to CDMA only to maintain a connection. Just switched it back it to LTE/CDMA and 4g appears to be up now. For how long , who knows???

You don't normally have strong 4g service in Seattle? Strange, because besides the national outages, 4g works flawlessly for me all over the greater Puget Sound area. Primarily I am on the south end of Lake Washington and on Capitol Hill, and I consistently I get 20-30 Mbps.

Back on topic: No issues with 4g today and I was well north and south of Seattle and consistently checking my phone.

In Chicago I've had it go into 3G for a minute then 4G came back right away. Nothing like the outages from a week ago.
