Here is a screen capture of the problem.

The first message was correct.

The second message said "Test test message. Ignore this. 123456"

The third message was just "123456"

Not sure when it started or if it has been that way the whole time. Not a lot of numerals in my text messages.

2 options.... 1) change background to dark color...2) stock MMS app is an option for black background, make sure this is unchecked... text is white when checked and black text when unchecked..

the other text thing i dont gget i see 2 sets of black text than a blank spot not sure what is showing there.

the google reader is definatley not showing up that text and does on another rom. took the background image out verified that the alarm clock times showed up and this was still the same so since i have no other idea.

we attempted to put out a stable rom but apparently things broke along the way. and everyday someone come up with 1 more problem. Normally we are able to fix these things easily. Since there is nothing changed that should affect that i have no idea so we will start from scratch.

so this will definately push 2.0 off for a while.

google reader is fixed. i cant call myself but i imagine the calll tabs are probably fixed also.

It will take extensive time to re-add all the features and tweaks as they are all added 1 by 1.

and will need to test google reader frequently so we dont break it again.

At least we have the latest source now Froyo not gingerbread that has already been tested and does not work with our features. at this time and although this rebuild has slowed us down some it will still be much more functional that gingerbread would be.

when i text in google voice it bring up my handcent app. if it weren't default it would bring up stock.

how do you text in google voice?
I don't use google voice since were no numbers anywhere near me when I signed up so can't test.

^ open voice menu>labels>voice>compose.
I use the extension on Chrome for when I'm at my PC.

Edit - found the correct way to setup Google Voice on my phone and am able to replicate the issue now.

The fix being worked on for the Google Reader should fix this, will make sure it is tested b4 release.

I just downloaded Sourcery 1.1 then the gapps and then 1.2 with an update to 1.3. Everything went well and my apps reloaded fairly well. I am on the original theme and have not changed that yet. I did change the wallpaper to one that was in my gallery. Now after a re-boot I continue to get a pop up window stating that an android.process.acore had stopped unexpectantly and needs to force close. It is also telling me that I no longer have any items in my gallery when I have well over 500 pictures in there. I have no idea what is going on. Any help would be great!

Yeah I Reloaded all my apps and data with TB. It worked though with no issues. I cant use my phone this way. That message pops up every couple of seconds. I am flashing back to MIUI until I can figure something out. I liked this rom too damn it.

I'm sorry for causing such a mess. I do like this rom a lot. I just want to help make a good rom better.

Over on the suggestions thread I was just making some suggestions, I am not complaining. I saw some comments that insinuated that I am ungrateful and am just someone who likes to complain. That is not the case.

If my posts are rubbing some people the wrong way, I apologize and I will stop posting.

I had this same problem coming to this ROM. it stemmed from something titanium restored. had to allow Google to restore all my apps...then carefully use TB to restore some of my settings and the apps market didn't have. then restore data to some of those apps as i need it. i never did pinpoint exactly what it restored to cause the problem but almost everyone that has come to IRC for help with something similar has also used TB.

not at all.. some issues are app specific, some user, some rom specific. sometimes hard to narrow down quickly to determine where to look to find an answer. Please keep posting if you see something not working as expected so that we can find them and fix as best we can.
