Nice setup. What app is that where you can have a bunch of smaller icons? I used to use it a while ago but completely forgot about it until I saw your setup

Multicon its a widget technically and its really easy to use.

Wifi Explorer
Tools folder
Apex recent apps shortcut (same as long pressing the home button)
Social folder
Camera folder

Dock icons:
Dialer
Mail folder
App drawer

Yes. I always do. And usually my own icons. Those these are an edit of an existing pack. I used to make icons packs and offer them up for free here. Just got too much to deal with.
