Problem with home buttons

I have noticed for the last few weeks on my LG G2 when I press my home button it will press the back button instead or it will press both the home and back buttons. It happens when I press the back button as well. Not sure if this is an issue with the phone or OS. I can't really think of anything different I have done to cause this to happen, what do you guys think? I'm running 4.4.2.

G2 doesn't have a removable battery or physical back/home button.
Have you tried changing your button placement settings then change them back?
