It could be possible that your phone can't handle the speed at which the ROM is running at. For example, stock ROM is 550mhz. BB 0.4 runs at 800mhz. Lithium I don't know, never used it but I am sure someone here can post it's speed.

Try installing a different kernel with the stock rom. Maybe 800mhz. I don't know, never used a different kernel.

Just to try, you could also flash over to ClockWOrld Mod and then try to install the ROM that way. (ClockWorld is just a different bootloader to use besides SP Recovery)

my lithium quadrant scores are around 1000, same with kangerade...stock kernal
