PSX4Droid => General Discussion

Ok i think their is something up with .bin integration. tried xenogears.bin didnt work. then tried a .img worked fine....so xenogears as a .img is working great.

I have the Ultimate Droid 4.0 Loaded on my Droid but the app goes no farther after selecting my .iso or .dmg file. Out of curiosity, for the rooters not running stock but have successfully got this emulator running, what rom are you guys using?

PM me if you got a suggestion.

Hmm. I extracted the unecm.exe but it seems to do nothing but open then close <1 second.

Yeah that happened to me too. I thought I did something wrong but you just let the unecm file sit there on your desktop and drop the ecm rom INTO the unecm file on your desktop and it will create a new rom below it in bin format that you can use.

It didn't create one on my desktop = \

Oof =/

That sucks. I'm not sure why it wouldn't work since all I did was a basic "extract file" for the unecm.exe file. I am using jZip to extract the unecm file to my desktop if that helps.

I also just removed the unecm.exe file from my desktop and re-downloaded / re-extracted it again to make sure it works... it does for me.

Yeah I drag the .7z file into the unecm.exe and it just opens and closes. Thanks anyway

Ah I got it working now, I get the .7z or .zip roms I downloaded, and I keep opening up the main folders/.zips until I get to a file called data.bin.ecm. Then I drag that to unecm. It seems that the "data.bin.ecm" is the game in all that mess.

Glad you got it working! =)
