Fix permissions with rom manager and delete telelocations.apk from /system/app

This solved all my issues

did you delete telelocations.apk from /system/app?

did u delete that apk and make shure that it was the tight one cus one is missspelled and the other one is the right one u have to delete the miss spelled one
