Pulldown bar tex resetting

I noticed the pulldown bar text kept going back to Liberty GB v0.7. I did a quick experiment, and since I use the reboot option in the Toolbox a lot, figured out that when I use that normal reboot, the text resets, but not if I power down then up. Is there a fix?

I've been seeing this too. usually if i do a battery pull but it happened during normal boots twice earlier in the week. 0.8 should be out today so hopefully it's been cleared up in the new release
