i thought they only request ppl to send the phone itself witouht the battery and sd card? at least thats what they asked me to do for a warranty replacement...and about the sd card formating, i dont think they check the contents of the sd card they check wat theyre really interested in which is the phone itself. like i said i probably got lucky so idk
