As a side note sometimes I have better luck removing the battery then holding the vol button sliding the battery in and while holding it then pressing and holding the power button for a few seconds. Gotta let the power button go before fastboot shows up.

Are you running rsdlite as an administrator and are you using a front or rear USB port

Ok in windows to run as admin you hold shift and right click in the program then in the menu I'd should say

"run as administrator"

it helped me when I was having problems

Make sure you are plugged into a rear USB port as the front ones are usually hubs and can have varying wattage which can cause errors.

I know this may sound like common sense but sometimes its the smallest thing that's causing the issue.

Well this is where I am lost I think it is rooted according to the screenshot. I continued installing cheesecake which it stated the apk is installed and select the first and then 2nd server and that is where I am lost Thanks
