Razr HD showing up as 4G Test Device?

Hi everyone.

Does anyone have any idea why my phone comes up as a 4G Test Device on the Verizon website when checking Minutes/messaging/data?
I called them (Verizon) and they said to get a new 4G sim card because it might be corrupt from switching it out of too many phones(?). I did that today and its still coming up this way (See pic attached).
I purchased the phone off E-Bay and it works just fine and Verizon had no problem activating it. I'm just curious if anyone else ever saw this.

No, it isn't the phone at all. Its Verizon. I spent a half hour on the phone with tech support and finally got someone who knew why this was happening. Its on their end and its been happening the last month or so to people randomly. I thought maybe I had a bad phone or a rare gem or something. Thank you for responding though.
