Awesome! Yeah, I'm thinking about just doing the OTA update then just rooting it again. But if you have a rooted version of the update, I'd like to just use that =D

Yeah, I have to apologize here, I thought this thread was for the bionic when I first read the title. However, this is an older thread so hopefully there is something more up to date. I'm still looking into it with some help.

I'm trying to dig around Android Police and thunderboltforums.com (our sister site - you should check over there as well). I haven't found yet if the latest update has been rooted, or if Revolutionary will still root it... might depend on whether or not the hboot is updated.
 
do you know if the update updates the hboot? if it doesn't, then you should have no problem rooting with revolutionary again...(don't have a Tbolt any more here!)
