I didn't even know this was an app. I'm going to check it out, and you know, pay for it, because I like to support the community .

If it works on Liberty GB I'd like to see how it works on my 2.0.1 on my DX. Now I have a reason to test out the micro-HDMI to HDMI cable I bought

LIB 1.5 and 2.0.1 doesn't support the HDMI port so getting realHDMI would be a waste of $4 for you. Unless you upgrade to GB.

I plan to upgrade to the GB rom one it hits v1.0..so I consider it an investment. With all of the work that's gone into it, I assume it won't be too long now until we hit that point, especially since the official GB release is hitting in 2 days that I'm sure the Liberty team would love to toy with you know?

I can confirm that it works on Liberty v.7. Real HDMI and Xternal Display for Droid X work flawlessly.

did you remove any particular apps when you customized it? I didn't remove or change any apps after I flashed 0.7 and hdmi works well.

I can confirm it works on .07 as well. I watched a 2.5 hr movie last night via netflix and realHDMI. No hiccups whatsoever.

If you're looking for a free alternative, you can download Xternal Display from the market. Does exactly the same thing without the stigma of having to pay for something that your phone should do natively.

Real HDMI pulls a lot of battery.. I wasn't even using it and it was up with display and talk time in battery use.. No bueno
