[ROM] [RELEASE] Steel Droid: 5.0 Gingerbread - 1-11-2013

I downloaded and installed "Universal Inbox" through CWM. However, it gives me "FC" even after I tried "Fix Permissions" in Rom Manager.
Please advise for solution.

To switch to "Usb mass storage" drag down the notification bar. It will say Usb connection, just click on that and it will give you the options

...unless that's odd wording for "when your phone is hooked up to your computer, select USB mass storage" then I have no clue how to mount usb mass storage. Any help would be appreciated.

You're correct it's "odd wording" (but only if you're not familiar with the Linux/Unix world in which you must mount devices in order to use them)

i got my phone with .890 on it already, so i went to step 12 and did everything as it said, when i downloaded the file to my mac, it unzipped it right away, so i compressed it into a zip file and put it on the internal storage of my phone, i went and did steps 13 and 14 and when i do the install from clockworkmod it says

installing: /emmc/sd3_3000.zip
finding update package...
opening update package...
installing update...
instalation aborted.

What do i do?!/what did i do wrong!?

once U unzip it U break the signature so dont. just download straight to ur phone

Installed and looks great. But I used a nandroid to take it off.. completely reset my Go Launcher theme after installing that. Took to long to set it up and didn't want to go through that process again.

So what your saying is DON'T unzip on a computer and put it on your phone to install… DO dl directly to your phone, and proceed with installation with it packed?

Now that I have SD 3.0 installed, I thought I'd share my screen with everyone. I am using Beautiful Widgets with the ICS SuperClock theme, Go Launcher EX with Blux AS theme. I think it goes really well with the ICS themed Steel Droid 3.0.

Just a question, am I the only one who gets an error everytime they try to buy something from the market? Free apps download fine but whenever I try to purchase a paid app it says an error has occurred please try again. Any tips?

Which is the png image to change the pull down image from the stock blue? I looked in system ui n framework, ui didn't seem to work, thinking framework but not sure. Thanks
