Removing bloatware

hey guys, just rooted my phone and want to get rid of a few apps that are just taking up space. What is the best and safest way to do this? I know there is no "uninstall" feature on them, so do I just mount it to my computer or use root explorer or something along those lines? And is there a guide as to what is safe to remove as far as these apps go? Sorry for sounding so noobish but I kind of am, lol

^ This. Use Root Explorer and press the mount button so it says "r/w" at the top. Then you can just long press delete.

Try bloat freezer from the market. You dont actually delete them, but they dont show or run anymore. That way if you make a mistake you can just un freeze them.
