I know that Fab said it couldn't be added into Apex due to technical reasons (locked bootloader strikes again), so I'm guessing it'll be the same answer for Liberty. (just assuming though)

We've already attempted this, even going so far as having xeudoxus assist and it was deemed unlikely due to having to work around moto's blur.

That doesn't mean we can't revisit the feature in the future and attempt to get it integrated, but as of right now, it's most likely not going to happen on blur-based roms.
