Returning Galaxy Nexus

My Galaxy Nexus clearly has a radio issue; my friend's GN will get MUCH better service in the same room.

The problem is, I am rooted and unlocked.

I understand that to return it, I should restore to factory and relock the bootloader.
Will this tool work?

The Mods and whoever puts up a tutorial are usually pretty good about keeping their threads up to date. You shouldn't run into any problems. I never tried it myself though. Good luck!
