Rezound cases

Can anybody post a picture or something, showing definitively what holes do what?

The holes that the otter box account for, are on the sides of the phone. Other than the large hole on the rear ,there are no other microphones on the rear.

OK here is a inside and outside picture. I can not see that these have an antenna connected like the others. It is either a battery connection or a reset connection, or something else like that.

Here is a close up. Contacts appear to be there to make contact with something pushed into the case. On the blades you can see marks where they make contact in the phone. A brave person could touch meter leads on the phone side contacts with the back off and see if they measure battery voltage.

That's for the antenna. You'll notice all battery backs have those contact points.
The noise canceling microphone is on the upper left side directly opposite of the volume rocker.

OK, took my extended back off and it has evidence of an antenna.

Interesting... so part of the antenna is in the back cover?

No, all of the antenna's are built into the three different back covers.

1. STANDARD
2. CHARGE PAD
3. EXTENDED BATTERY

Gotcha. Interesting design decision. Better than where you hold the phone *cough*iPhone4*cough*
