i think i ruined my phone or something sigh... when i reboot my phone it just goes straight to my cwm it doesnt even boot up

Try a restore. Or an older sc Rom. Worst case is an Odin flash.

Did you have the permanent red cwm installed before attempting flash?

everything was perfectly fine but till now ill try restoring my old back upd thing

Double check that you downloaded the right sc version try wiping dalvik and cache and after restoring try again. That's my best guess sorry can't be more useful.

What version of cwm were you using? Need to have installed the cwm_all zip to update it if you haven't.

the thing is i was doing something stupid trying to figure out how to use bln control which i flashed a whole new kernel then my phone wouldnt even boot up or go into cwm so i odin flashed sc 2.9 again which worked but i cant flash anything now. and in samsung's cwm it says E:Can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1(invalid arguement) <some BS that i never seen

in red cwm

Have you tried to flash red cwm via ODIN? Your cwm might just be broken.

Just use the verizon backup assistant website

This has an option to "sync to phone" on the right hand side.
