Yes it boots.
I can even talk on the phone with it, although I have no contact info

Don't forget there's a shortcut in the pulldown bar for the settings as well.

Yes I can, I have enabled USB debugging

It currently says connect as camera and usb debugging connected in the pull down. It will not allow me to turn off the camera/storage device. Its only one or the other.

Ok then you should be able to install clockwork following the the intructions bird posted. Did you try going to market.android.com and pushing rom mananger to your phone? You can install then boot into clockwork that way too.

I can not get to market or anything else from the phone. I cant type on the phone either.

Okay so I'm trying to return it to stock/locked. When I try to run adb.exe on my computer it pops up for a second of two then disappears.

Any idea what thats all about?

You don't run adb.exe you hold shift and right click the folder that contains adb.exe then you can use adb commands like this... adb reboot recovery
