Question about adding mods, it says to wipe cache and dalvik and then flash and boot rom first, can someone please explain that in a little more detail? I download the mod, go into recovery, wipe cache and dalvik and then what exactly? Thanks!

Download/Boot Into Recovery/Wipe Cache and Dalvik/Flash the MOD/Reboot.

Just install .zip from SD card option in Clockwork Recovery, then reboot first without editing any other options in recovery after the install is complete.

Ok, got all CWR installed, rebooted into recover once this morning to make sure its all good, I downloaded the rom, copied it over to the phone, when I go to reboot the phone, I get the little android dude sprawled out on his back with his belly open and a triangle with an exclamation point in it. I assume, that means something isn't right, lol. What gives?

On initial install CWR isn't permanent. You have: In Root Explorer go to System>recovery-from-boot.p (change to 1recovery-from-boot.p or delete)

Sorry to be such a pain in the rear, but it says to go to mounts and storage, but the only place I see the rom is under install from zip, clockwork and then I see the rom, is it ok to install from there or will I brick it doing that?

So I flashed 2.0 last night, very nice. Ahhh 2.1 is out now...is it worth the .1 jump? or should I hang tight for 3 hours until 2.2 is out?

LOL... All pop ups, MMS, Some APPS, Backgraounds, Etc are now BLACK.

This my phone just hates this rom. The only rom it won't let me flash anymore. 1.3ran just fine, but now every update just stays on the Google logo forever until a battery pull and nandroid. I download/install, wipe data, do the mounts, and reboot.
