man seeing all the activity lately in cm7 makes me think of leaving apex rc2, but its been so reliable for once lmao, first gb rom i rly liked, may be time to try cm7 >.

Do it. I loved Apex and I went back the other day... for about 30 minutes. Now I know that no GB based ROM will keep me happy.

Strange. All I did was wipe dalvik and cache partition then flashed a newer CM7 build over a previous build and didn't have any probs.

Anyone else have a prob flashing that way?

If I remember....

It adjusts how the screen renders colors. Its a possible battery saver. Try it out, it wont hurt anything and can easily got back to stock.
