I used root tools to enable stagefrieght. You can also do it by editing the build.prop. look for the 4 types of stagefrieght, http, media ect. Change the value from false to true save and reboot.
Thanks for any help wozzy. Do you know of a good resource to learn about syntl configurations.

I figure I'll mention a general problem I'm having with all non-oem roms, and maybe someone can shed some light. Ringtone operation seems to be broken, because I assign a ringtone to a contact and it usually doesn't work (I.e. the default assigned ringtone is used instead of the one assigned to the contact)

I say "usually" because I've started with empty contacts, set up one contact and set a custom ringtone, and maybe the ringtone will play for one incoming call and then revert to default. I check the settings and the custom ringtone is still assigned, but incoming calls use my default ringtone.

I don't know why, but have been wondering if this is common with roms for the d2g.

Thanks in advance for any insights. I do appreciate it. Grabbing 0.9.2 shortly, but 0.9.1 has been very nice so far.

Wow, great amazing rom, very fast, and my battery life is really good, like 100x's better than stock blur. I did get one reset at unlock but hasn't happened anymore. Hopefully it doesn't. Anyways thank you. keep up the good work and i can't wait to see more.dancedroid

Great job. Just flashed and got all my apps updated, no problems so far and fast. My batt was at 50 when I flashed and was at 80 after reboot. Will post any bugs as they come up. Also, I flashed the black market, blacked out keyboard, and stock moto multimedia pack off of frm with no problems.

Aren't Quadrant scores with stagefright technically cheating?
Without stagefright, Fenom was clocking in around 1500 but I can confirm that with stagefright I'm also coming in around 2200-2300 as well.
It feels a lot less bogged down and good choice of launcher as well (also helps with overall zip).
What's everyone's battery life looking like with this build?

Is anyone else getting some random reboots? Get the when not using phone or when unlocking it everyone in a while. Maybe its just my phone, came from origianal stock and hand no problems. wiped data and cache and installed fine

Same thing. I notice the phone reboots when I turn the screen off. I was having the exact same problem with fission, im thinking its the phone. If im playing music and turn the screen off its fine, but when nothing is running, it reboots about 10 seconds after screen is turned off or timed out.
