That is true. But it seems to improve overall performance. I rarely ever use my video player so its no loss for me.

Motorola is probably the only android phone maker that hasn't optimized their apps to use the stagefright codec that came with froyo. I wouldn't use stagefright, along with losing the ability to watch videos, it has also been reported that it causes problems with youtube as well, at this point stagefright is only good if you want to inflate your quadrant scores.

Anybody willing to do a detailed writeup at how this ROM performs? Anybody using this ROM exclusively? A comparison to Fission would be good. I don't like GRD or any of that "stuff". I'll stick with proper third parties or stock for functionality.

This is lil bit faster than Fission,but you can still install some Add on from Fission too,don't have any problem using this since it was posted...or you can read other post from page 6 and start reading post #56 for some info.

PS..i wish i could tell you in full details but need to rest now for tom. work...

random reboot when running TBU batch install. So far really great! 2 thumbs up!!!
Couple of questions:
Swype cant install from TBU- know how to get this working? (fission's swype doesnt work,unless im doing something wrong)
Kinda got use to CityID- it wont install from TBU any fix to this?

Those of you who are having the random reboot issues, are you running in Global mode, or are you running CDMA? If not, and you haven't modified the ROM already, try switching it and see if that does anything.

I am on cdma auto I started to use goto lockscreen, but its bugging so I might uninstall it.
What your saying is try global, in my case?

love the rom already been messing with the icons for 3g, battery life and phone signal, gps, wifi also no reboots anymore.

Try CDMA home only, and see what that does. But I'd rather it be tested on an unmodified version of Fenom.

Well done Fenuxx, ROM work great on GSM signal, battery life and performance, no random reboot. An amazing with a beta release, thanks mate.

I have been running on cdma from the beginning w/o any random reboots. Have not modified anything just made a few performance tweeks.
I will disable them for the day to see if anything changes.

Weird. I disabled stagefreight, went into build.prop to be sure values were false and I am still posting 2300 avg. Quad scores. Phone is still zippy and nearly lag free.
