[ROM] [ROM] Droid Concepts Froyo Releases [BETA versions]

i just started having the strangest problems with my phone. both are market related.
after a reboot I lose an app. Its gone from my phone. It seems to be just the last app I downloaded. Second. Apps are getting stuck after the download and before it installs.
I can see it in the market waiting for it to install.

I'm thinking of rewiping and reinstalling the rom. Its been fine for about a month. and It has made my phone stable again.

Just out of curiosity because I know the new version of the Market still seems to have it's issues, which Market are you using, the one in the Google Apps, or the newer version?

Also it may be that the app is installing on your SD Card, I've had a problem before where an app would install on my SD Card and it either wouldn't show in my app drawer when I booted my phone, or it would show the default no icon and list the app name, and if I clicked it it would say application not installed. But after letting the device boot fully and giving it a few minutes it would work as normal, it just acted weird because it needed time to read the apps off the SD Card.

Im using the old gapps version. nothing on my phone installs to the sd card. I move them as i need space. I'll keep a better eye on which apps do it.

I found development settings, but don't see extra input settings or a check box to enable them

if you haven't found the Extra Imput settings then i would ask you to check settings>about phone>scroll to bottom and check what mod version you have there.

FYI,

The recent update in Gmail (2.3.5) has changes which cause the LP Gmail dock icon to not display unread gmail count. This is not a rom issue and LP is aware of the issue. For the time being use an older Gmail version if you use LP and Gmail dock notifications and it will work as before.
