[ROM] [ROM] Droid Concepts Froyo Releases [BETA versions]

Since I brought it up before, I thought it important to note that the official NetFlix app has removed device check and also officially supports the D1. You can uninstall the hacked version and install from the market now.

I had removed it for a little while because of the size it takes up, but I culled out quite a few apps after wiping this time, and I now have tons of free space. :) After installing the updated version, it now requires 21.61MB once installed on phone and 16.15MB after moving to SD. (They couldn't get move more to the SD?!?)

I heard some could not see it on the market (unsupported phones likely - I had no probs), but it can also be downloaded at XDA, [APP][Updated 6/6/11] Official Netflix - xda-developers

I did try it with the gray bar and it worked...not so much if you change the bar to a darker color though...

Right. Thats cool it was for those wanting to keep the white bar that id the default

Cool..thank you...I'd like to get this base down before I do themes. I'll get there, after a backup...:)
Can you tell me how I could change the bluetooth icons on the stocker?

edit the images the way you want, and size them something like 35 by 35 and go into your framework with a program such as 7zip (right click/open archive) and /res/drawable hdpi folder the images you are looking to replace are going to be name something close to "stat_bluetooth_on.png, and stat_bluetooth_connected.png" save your edited images accordingly and close out of the program, put the framework into an update.zip and flash in recovery

I see this in the current build notes,

Change eri text from 'Verizon Wireless' to 'Droid Concepts'

but I only see Verizon Wireless... does this not refer to the notification pull down text?

huh? weird i might have missed one in the release build. cuz both of mine are no longer verizon.. lemme look

nope i got em all...

ok start off with...

did you wipe?

Does your lock screen say Verizon also?

indeed it does, and it remains white, no matter if i change the text color, unless im thinking that verizon text is called something that it isnt, in that case dont mind me lol:wacko:

Ok I know what I think happened. You can change it in that XML file there. I'll see about a fix.

I was able to remove, restore, and change text color of VW on lockscreen and pulldown with the DC settings, but no DC text.

I know there is the 20% issue where governor settings are not sticking upon reboot that's cool i can work around that with set cpu if it becomes and issue but i'm not trying to run a lot. Another thing i saw is that the supercharger script is not sticking, which I am checking if i can keep my minfrees and tweaks set via process monitor widget, but just thought i'd bring that up in case it helps shed some light why things aren't sticking. So far loving the rom, few tweaks here and there to speed up the scroll speed to my liking, i'm not running any launchers currently so still stock pretty much.

Thanks for the hard work Devs

and i was pleasantly surprised by the boot animation! Gives me an idea hehe

Loaded up Build 10 yesterday, and have it looking the way I want with some blue and a nice go launcher theme, and I must say it looks sexy and runs silky smooth. I'm loving the build so far. The customization with the dc settings are awesome and I'm really happy to have the power widget. Great work on that guys. Now to load up some apps and see how it goes.
