[ROM]Droid2 Global - Stock ROM- Deodex, Busybox & Root

How is that done? I can't get to recovery. All I see is the M logo... I pulled the battery but only brings up up the M logo... Is there a way to force the phone to recovery?

No need to force it. Power your phone down, slide the keyboard out, press x and the power button at the same time. That will boot the phone into recovery and you backup can be restored there.

I did it but I get a white triangle with a yellow exclamation mark. I appreciate your help!!!

That's the stock recovery. Press the magnifying glass button on the keyboard and theen it should open the menu for recovery. Select reboot phone and see if it gets you in to custom recovery.

Not screwed yet. Pull the batt and boot up in to recovery with the x button If it gets you in to stock recovery pull the batt again and immediately boot back in to recovery. If you get in to stock again then repeat the process. After you've booted straight in to stock recovery at least 3 times without getting in to cm recovery try hitting the reboot option in stock recovery. Usually after 3 attempts my phone seems to get the picture and boot in to cm.

How did you get in to custom recovery the first time?

I tried pulling the batt and booting into recovery 3 times and then rebooting, still stuck on the M logo... I tried it 3 times. What else can I try? I appreciate your help!!!

In the menu I see...reboot system now, apply sdcard:update.zip, wipe data/factory reset, and wipe cache partition. Should I do the factory reset or the cache partition?
