Alright so one more thing to try. Boot in to recovery and then choose reboot now and as soon as you see the m show up immediately pull the battery and replace it without waiting. With any luck it will start to boot on its own and go into cm

Don't do that! Most reps won't know the difference (I would) but Motorola will know and can charge you the retail price of the new phone....$500+

Ok the last trick in my bag is to try to boot in to recovery multiple times while plugged in to your wall charger. If that doesn't work then i'm out of random things to try and you should post a thread in the rescue squad to see if anyone can help you.

I hate to say it but without an sbf it doesn't look good. I found one last way to boot in to cm over at xda. Pull the batt and leave it out for at least ten seconds and then plug it in to a wall charger. Let it do its thing on the charger for a few seconds and then hold down the power button and see if that works. I doubt it will at this point... you may be sol

You didn't get it when you signed up? Ouch! You'll have to take it in to get insurance after the initial purpose (only have the first 30 days).
