Uh... where are the install instructions?
Major problem... no market. No google account. Try to add an account and the only thing to add is an exchange email account.
tried twice from my 602. wiped everything (I think). Not sure what is next. I know officially they are taking it from Froyo to GB kernel in about a week.... well now it is working. Lol. No idea. Must have been the second set of wipes.

Edit: no it was installing google apps.

It sounds like you got everything figured out now right? If you didnt have a market when using CM it was probably because you didnt flash the GAPPS (Google Apps) package. I know you said it is working now but I thought I would point this out so you would know for future reference.
 
Beta Swype is great. Facebook merged a contact wrong...merged my bro in law with my father in law. Can't blame the Rom. Real test is if it doesn't melt down after a week!

This is my third or fourth go with cm4dx and first go with the GB Kernal and 13p radio on cm. keeping my fingers crosssed.

Very snappy. Battery ok. Have not tried it on a work day yet

One day on CM74DX (GB) down! Made it! Pheww!
Vast improvement over stock and somewhat over Liberty. Won't know how it compares for work til Tuesday. My main concern beyond battery is that it does not blow up again this time!

Of course... the SBF for .602 is out thanks to p3 Droid... so no more nonsense back to Froyo!
 
Yeah, I wish it was out for the d2! I hope it'll be out soon. I would love the gb sbf file!

True story. The DX's .602 2 part rooted came out on the 16th... then the actual rooted 2 part came out on the 17th lol... and they released the SBF yesterday. Thats only around 3 weeks so hopefully you guys will have yours as fast.

Have to say that Im probably done with liberty. I just flashed CM7 GB also(first time using CM7) and I love it. No disrespect to the liberty team but CM7 GB has it going on. Very few bugs and just really clean.
 
rooted droid x. loaded Liberty Gingerbread from the zip. Install went through but now I'm stuck on the boot logo. I can't get to the recovery menu by holding down the power button/camera button! worried I just bricked the phone. Any suggestions?
 
If you can't access stock recovery (I forgot the button combo for the dx, I use a d2), just sbf and try again. You're not bricked.

Make sure you wipe data, cache and dalvik. Mount system and install liberty gb.
