you can change the boot animation with Absolute Systems (which i find to be pretty simple and self explanatory) or through Terminal Emulator (type su (enter); then type allinone (enter); and then follow the prompts... there's around 20 different ones to choose from...

I tried flashing this and was unable to restore some of my apps. I would try to re download them from the market and it would keep saying unsuccessful installation and also from Titanium a good amount of apps were not getting restored either.

any ideas? Does the market hack fix this issue or is it something else?

absolutely none of my apps restored. only ones that have been purchased. tried 3 themes as well. nothing. so idk what the deal is.

Any ideas how to get rid of the news and weather widget. I chose to delete in when installing from Clockwork but it is still on. I have also tried to delete it from Absolute but I always get a failure notice.

I don't use it and it is constantly on my task killer list.

Just use the file browser in absolute system Togo to /system/app and either delete geniewidget.apk or rename it geniewidget.apk.bak if u might want it later

The standard Droid X theme has an offset battery % location that isn't found in the Droid X Dark theme. Any chance of a fix, it's driving me nuts!
