Just put this rom on. Looks good. However:

1. I cannot get the Sense 3.0 Lock screen icons to appear. I just have a blank ring. I've assigned them in the setting multiple times, but no luck.

2. I am unable to access HTC Hub to download additional skins etc.

3. Chainfire 3D. What is this for?

Any one have any ideas?

Is there anyway to change the icons on the homescreen to ones of my choice. I'm sure there is but I loaded this last night and am just getting to mess with it. Suuuuuppppeerr smooth.

There was a Gtalk update pushed out that screws this up. You must flash camera.zip with clockwork recovery and it will be fine! Hope it works for you!

Just flashed this ROM on my TB yesterday evening. I use my phone heavily (phone, email, text, FB, YouTube, etc.) and have 37% battery life just after 24 hours.

I am curious though. What kernels WILL work with this ROM?

I know this may sound dumb. But should I install the radio in hboot first then the Rom in recovery? Or do the Rom then pull the battery and boot into hboot and install it?

Just use Google Voice...works very well
