Clearing the data didn't do anything. Now it simply says download unsuccesful. Ill ask again, where can I get 1.0? This rom really seems rather rushed. I can't install the blur alarm clock either. There are many features I enjoy in 1.5 but its unusable. Also, maps 1.0 when I put it on there and it wasn't from a backup so, I'm not quite sure how it got there if you say its not included.

Again, I really like Liberty and would just like to go back to 1.0.

Look at http://droid2files.com for a download for 1.0.

And for the record, you're the only one that seems to find this ROM so completely unusable. Just for my curiosity, did you do a complete wipe before you loaded Liberty 1.5?

is it supposed to take a real long time, once downloaded liberty and up and running, a REAL long time for all my market apps to redownload and be on my device?? For some reason, I thought things would be up and running faster??

That would depend on your internet connection. Connect to a WiFi network and it will go faster.

If themes are not working you need to clear the files out of sdcard/liberty/download then try again... this also applies to add-ons

When downloading the themes and add-ons make sure you do nothing else until it us completed as this may cause the file to be corrupted

did a backup first, then wipe, now all my apps in market say downloading, some seem to be working, others just in limbo.
would love for this theme to work, but ready to go back to tranqulity

If you wiped before installing a theme, then for the future keep in mind that is not always necessary. Yes it could help avoid any possible problems, but myself and many others load theme after theme without wiping.

The apps will take a while to re-download, especially if you're trying to do it over 3G. As others said, trying connecting to WiFi if you can. Also if some are stuck in limbo, just open the app in the market, click cancel and then re-install right away and they will begin downloading.

Yes I did a complete wipe. Ty for the download link.

Idk about the issues a lot of people seem to be having either. I have had my droid 2 for maybe a week and have rooted it, flashed Gummyjar, Fission, and now Liberty. Only thing I ran into w/ Liberty is I tried to install the desk clock add on and couldn't get it installed. Oh well, I'm sure if I cleared out the liberty folder and tried again it would work. All of my apps didn't restore either (maybe 7 out of 11) but I can remember the ones I really want anyway.

have you rewiped everything and reflashed 1.5?

I can't cuss on here but wow am I steaming. My coworker just trying to help me backup my ROM to install this and he too is stuck I am thinking we are missing something here. I go into Droid 2 Bootstrap and click on Bootstrap Recovery....phone reboots....when we didn't get into the recovery I pulled the battery, put it back in and started phone....still no go.

I am getting so frusterated I am starting to give my coworker a hard time telling him I am just going to unroot my phone and say %$%$ it.
Have you installed ROM Manager and flashed Clockwork Recovery yet?

@want a droid: thanks for the link got it downloaded and installed. May I say thanks to jrummy and kejar for an amzing rom. Very snappy rom with really nice usability. Couldn't be happier with it. Awsome work to everyone creating the liberty roms
