Does anyone know how to "center" the clock on the lockscreen vs having it on the left? I tried pulling the layout from linear's framework but it threw everything off.... I was wondering if there is one specific .xml i can pull to do so with out throwing the lineup of everything else off

Interested in trying out Liberty... but should I sbf if coming from Fission or will wipe data/cache through clockwork suffice?

I came from Fission as well, no need for SBF.

Wiping should be just fine....But Im just one to SBF every rom i install....Less problems in my opinion

I found something that bothers me....no reboots or endless black screens since I changed from stock...but what liberty isn't doing is showing me new texts....what I mean is I see new text in status bar....pull down and click on text....takes me to texting inbox as it should....but there is no indicator by unread texts. I will take screenshot.

I came from Fission 2.5.7 and just did a wipe/cache - I haven't had any issues at all.

Thanks and great work on this exellent rom. My Droid 2 is now Liberated. My first custom rom install.

I had a small issue with the gingerbread keyboard where the font was small on the keys. The keys were properly sized just the font was small. I ended up finding a fix on these forums which involved changing the LCD Density.

Fix for small keyboard: Set LCD density to 300, then reboot, set to 260, reboot, set to 240. - Using the free LCD Density app in the market

Then everything looked normal. Not sure if it was a problem unique to my setup or the rom.

I am really liking Liberty....just thought I should mention that. My wife runs Liquid Gingerbread on her D1 and loves that too....but finds herself using mine a lot.

FYI....I figured out the texting thing too. So I officially have no issues with Liberty.

Anyone know if we can get the blur text messaging app on this rom?

Liberty's tool box has several blur add ons, like keyboard, alarm, camera, etc.

I would really like the messaging app if it's possible.

No! This is a blur free rom! The blur camera doesn't even fully work....if u click on "quick upload album" it force closes.....keyboard is blur just because the buttons are spaced out more for people with fat fingers. And alarm is blur just because it has a timer built in. That's it. Stick with no blur. I promise. Think of those apps as blurish addon's.

When you sbf you take the phone back to like you just pulled it out the box and turned it in for the first time. Its a more complete wipe. Then just wiping data and cache. Not necessary to do every time. But a good idea to do at least every now and then. It just helps allow for a cleaner install
