[ROM] The Eagle Has Landed!!!! - Liberty 1.0 1/11/11

Everything is working great and running really smoothly for me except that I can't load any of the themes from the toolbox. I've tried installing straight from the toolbox and moving the zip to the sd card root and installing it manually and neither of them work. I keep getting error "bad zip".

Anybody got any ideas? I've already tried reflashing Liberty but that didn't help.

Sweet! I finally created a thread that wasn't a waste of space!


About got my Liberty decked out. Running Linear with ADW.EX (bought and supported bgill's Linear ADW theme). Got the particular apks I want running. Liberty is the perfect name for this because I feel like I have had such freedom in making this MY phone.

Can't praise it enough. Liberty is AMAZING :icon_ banana:

home screen>menu>settings>liberty toolbox>force close

Note: I do have the Liberty Tools from the Market installed (over the one that came included in the rom - I want the updates!). I never tried to go to the toolbox through the menu before I got the one from the market.

Dev thoughts?

Can someone else who has not installed the market toolbox test this?

I dont have a liberty toolbox on my settings menu, I do have a liberty settings menu, which opens fine, and the toolbox downloaded from the market also opens fine

I am loving this ROM so far everything is great except I do not seem to have Google maps installed, and it doesn't show up in the market. I have been trying to find the newest maps.apk file but most sites do not seem to have the newest version.

I did not install from market and I don't have the option to access toolbox from settings just liberty settings. The one in my app drawer opens fine

Question - I used the toolbox to install blur camera and 2D gallery with no problem. I've had no luck however getting the blur alarm to install...even reinstalled Liberty and still no luck. Goes into recovery and just says bad zip. Any way to remedy this?

In the OP it says 10% battery increments support.....
does that mean is supports it for themes or should I be seeing th 10% increments?

BTW update to my rockplayer not working...I just downloaded it from the developer and it works....still not seeing it in the market, so I can't explain that one. And titatium backup did finally (after several tries) reload my K9 settings (THANK GOODNESS!!!)...it was the first time it had done that in 3 ROMs.
