You shouldn't have to worry about your apps downloading. You flash this over an existing ROM without wiping so all your apps should be there. If they are on your home screens but no in the market, in settings wipe data for the market app and they will show up when you open the market again.

ok my findings for why the account and sync settings are missing. in rom the apk AccountsAndSyncSettings.apk there sis a "s" on accounts that shouldnt be there it should be AccountAndSyncSettings.apk I pushed on from one of my themes and now that shows up in menu/settings

Not sure if this was posted or not but didnt feel like reading through 50 pages. Twitter syncs but i still cant add facebook as a account even though it shows up in the settings

I do wonder why when you install this with wiping data it shows up, but when you install over another it doesn't? kinda weird but eh......

Im gonna wait on this rom for a bit... first because its coming from an unknown source from an unknown dev from a foreign country who we've never heard of before... and second, because its still a super-beta and alotta stuff isnt working straight

I cant find anything on the screen rotation for landscape. You guys have any ideas? Mine will not rotate.

This rom finally got me to register I suppose.

This is a huge step towards future rom UI but is obviously still in it's infancy. I'll be keeping an eye on an update for sure but for now I'm going to flash something else until the bugs get worked out.
