[ROM] Zen-MIUI v2 Android 2.2 + MIUI

alright, which ROM(s) can you flash this over? im using MetickMod's stock FRG22D. would i be able to flash MIUI over a stock Froyo ROM? if not which ones can i use?

it has been suggested to do it over simply stunny 4.8. Good thing is...Chevy also recommends that you NOT wipe when installing 4.8 (unless you run into issues). Best bet is to just wipe...especially if using it for a segway to miui. If you do that...you may have issues with miui that are actually caused by unaddressed issues with 4.8 (although I didnt have any issues with 4.8). So...if I were you...Id wipe...wipe..wipe. Flash 4.8, then flash miui per instructions in the OP.

Theme Removal

Is there any way to put the old lock screen back on? I installed the galaxy theme (I think that was the one) with the puzzle pieces lockscreen. I like the rest of the theme but really like the original lock screen. Don't really like the puzzle pieces. Can I just replace the lock screen or do I have to remove the theme and if I do how do I do that?

Sadly, I decided that Mui was a little to wonky for my OCD taste. So I am gonna stick with jamzelle on developing Sense 2.2 for the O.D.

I installed this over project elite and it works great. It was a little to buggy for me installed over SS4.8.

Um its not so much the bugs, but I dont like the look, I tried theming but I still didnt. I guess it just seems a little sloppy. Wwhat is this ROM you speak of? Also some icons were impossible to theme because I couldnt find them ( i knew where the framework ones and launcher ones were, but the default app icon backgrounds I could not find). Also I failed to remove the second wallpaper from the screen. I would also like animations to act a lot smoother. Maybe Im asking to win the lottery or something but thats just me.

For the record, this installed over the top of Sapphire 1.1.1 without a hitch!

Maybe I'm missing a step, but I can't seem to get the Incognito theme to work. I've flashed the regular Zen MIUI v2 over Sapphire 1.1.1, then flashed the Incognito theme, but the theme doesn't show up. I've read the instructions, I guess I'm just not understanding anything.

1. Flash Sapphire 1.1.1
2. Flash gapps zip folder
3. Let apps sync
4. Flash Zen MIUI v2
5. Flash Incognito

I'm prepared to get the customary "read the OP" post....bring it on LOLdancedroid

Gaaarrgghh....I knew it was coming, and you have still managed to offend me LOL!

I'm going to try again in a few minutes, it's kinda hard to flash a ROM while I'm at work, but long elevator rides are the best!!

YEA!!! Finally i got this to quick FC. I finally get to enjoy this awesome new rom. I hope....

I just installed this ROM, amazing however I still have some chinees writing. is there a version that does not have ANY chineese writting in it yet? thanks a bunch for all you have done.
