What exactly are the benefits of updating to kernel # 2???....switched to ZS from Liberty 2.0 a couple of days ago.....loving it so far with no problems.

I'm not liking this one as much as 1.6. So far I've seen a couple of soft reboots, and the Market was acting up pretty bad about restoring all of my apps on first boot. I might need to wipe and reflash, but so far it's not as solid at 1.6 was.

I am with you, Vaffanculo. 1.6 was the balls. This one has a bunch of little issues and freeze ups with LP, etc. Also it was sending texts to the wrong people... and not showing that. That's enough of a concern to go back to what was an almost perfect ROM before in 1.6.

Loving this so far!! I "need" to stay with blur for the dialer, and this is great out of the box. I hope the camera issues get resolved with a couple of the themes, but I can live with the ZombieStomped 1.7 theme for now.

Couple of questions:
1. I don't have a Moto dock and have gotten quite used to the AOSP clock app while running Apex. Is it just a matter of finding that apk somewhere and installing it?

2. I saw this issue before becoming a zombie so I am guessing it is a GB issue, but does anyone know how to prevent the camera from switching to WS mode after every reboot?

3. Last one isn't really a question, but I have gotten rather used to having a reboot option when long-pressing the power button. Any chance that some genius could get that figured out?

The stupid DL won't work for me. Downloads 4-5% and says download unsuccessful. I guess I'm just unlucky lol

I was just informed that if u r on ur phone 3 g it fails easy it failed twice for me gonna use my wifi when i get home

I got it to download using a computer. It kept pausing the download for some reason though. BTW, its around 230 mb
