the only problem im having now Is the camera isnt opening...says oops. Cannot open camer.please try again. I like thos rom but without a working camera idjust go back to liberty.

Did you change Themes in the customizer? Several of us in this thread have noticed the camera doesn't work on a different theme(s). I myself could not get the camera to work using the Dark Passenger theme, when I went back to the 1.7 theme it now works fine.

Battery with this ROM is the best I've ever gotten on any ROM. Getting 40 - 50hrs with moderate use, push corp. email and gmail, BT and Wifi.

Running any widgets? That's awesome battery life. Any tips would be awesome.

Running fancy widgets with weather update every 2 hours, launcherpro plus calendar widget and circle launcher. I also did the Imoseyon patch but that's been about it!

wow, I don't run any of that. Awesome you get that type of battery. I do use songbird for 8+hr a day. Thanks for sharing.

I'm having issues after testing out the dark passenger theme. I can no longer change anything in the customizer. It keeps telling me permission is denied and asking if I'm rooted.
Does anyone know what this is about?

I cannot use anything in the customizer anymore. Am I missing something?

Customizer runs, but gives errors when I try to do anything (like preview themes). I even try going into su first, which lets it reboot, but I still get errors when trying to preview themes.

Is this because I rebuilt permissions on my system?

When I launch Terminal Emulator I get the error "sh: Can't open system/etc/banner". When I run 'su' then 'customizer' and try to preview themes, I get the errors:

mount: permission denied (are you root?)
cp: can't stat '/data/zombie/themes/darkpassenger/system/framework/*': No such file or directory
Unable to chmod /system/framework/am.jar: Operation not permitted
cp: can't stat '/data/zombie/themes/darkpassenger/system/app/*': No such file or directory
Unable to chmod /system/app/AccountAndSyncSettings.apk: Operation not permitted

Thanks for the heads up. That seems to fix the problem. Seems strange to me that you'd have to mount the system as RW, then RO. Why not just mount RO?

Well I've been on 1.7 all week and decided today to switch back to 1.65 today, 1.7 just had to many minor issues. 1.65 just runs flawlessly.

1) I use Launcher Pro. Is there a way to get the theme APP tray icon so I may use it in Launcher Pro for my APP DRAWER?

Long press the spot where you want to put the app drawer. Then select "Activities" and I believe there should be an option there.

Anyone have problems dialing from Contacts? The contact window closes when I try to call someone from my contact list. I can dial the contacts in my favorites but all others crash the dialer (no error or fc just closes immediately). Is 1.65 much more stable?

Update - I reinstalled 1.7 and the problem is gone.

I dont like red but it looks the best any other theme i could use

Love this Rom. Especially the red theme. I have a couple minor issues.
1. When connecting to my WiFi using wep the connect button is greyed out.

2. Since running undervoltage I have seen multiple lockups. I tried undoing the uv and it tells me it fails due to file being read only

And last I seem to have less than desirabe battery life.

Any help is appreciated.
