I am having the exact same issue. Not sure what has caused it. i am SBFing right now. Going to try a few things. Maybe need to re-Gingerbreak after Zombie istall, or going to make sure USB debugging is turned on.

OK I SBF'ed and then went all the way thru to applying Zombiestomped. I then checked USB debugging and it was off. This is why you will stau at the boot logo after using Bootstrapper. It got me twice in the last two days.

so are you saying USB debugging HAS to be turned ON? or does it need to be off?

Has to be on. Once I turned mine on I was able to go into recovery

Update: cant get the themes to download and install? It says rm: /sdcard/zombiestomped/theme/stealth: is a directory wget: bad address "www.droidfiles.us" md5sum: cant open/sdcard/zombiestomped/themes/stealth/stealth.zip: no such file or directory

Ant ideas? I have reinstalled update twice. No luck. Are the themes just not uploaded yet?

About to flash the custoupdate zip now. Still pissed that I have no charge light too!

What is this charge light everyone posts about? Mine starts flashing red when the battery is low and is solid green when its done charging but nothing in between. If I care enough in between to see if its still charging I click the power button and see the battery image and current %. Can't remember it ever being any other way on custom roms? Honestly I wouldn't want any other led activity at my bedside while I'm trying to sleep.

I am also having a problem with Contacts. I can't do anything from contacts. I select a contact and either call or text boots me out of Contacts. This is a real problem because I can't use the Contacts to get to my numbers.

I'm debating downgrading to 1.65 to see if that works. I am running on a clean GB .595, did not come from another GB Rom.

Let me know if you get any help on this.
Any one else have thoughts on this Contact issue? tom

Update - I got smart, reinstalled 1.7 and problem is gone.

OK I finally got this ROM running the way I want and it is smooth. Lovin it.

I am down to the last issue and wondering if anyone else has seen it. When I go to my contacts to set a ringtone it wont go to the screen to choose, it just goes back to the contact.

Any suggestions?

The charge light was only meant for the Droid 2, there is an app on the market called batmonx and it is a charge light for the Droid x that let's you modify colors of led.
