No you can't; well at least not to change the signal meter, etc. They are stored in a different place in GB. You have to use a program called Ninja Morph to do it. I successfully changed my 3G icon using Ninja Morph. It's a little more involved than MetaMorph, but still not very hard.

My 4th attempt today at installing Zombiestomped. and still getting stuck at Boot Logo after getting eveything installed. I've followed the instructions to the T every time.
running .588
wipe data
install .595 zip
wipe data
install ZS ROM zip
wipe data
install ZS data zip
it seems once I get all my apps installed is when it gets stuck on the boot logo. If i recall I have restarted up to 3 times before with no issues. but thinking about it...it seems once I get all my apps installed with My back Up pro then I cant get pasted the boot logo.
Is there a known issue with My Backup Pro and ZS? I've used it on the deodexed 588 595 and 596 stock with root ROMs with no problems. Im restoring Apk and Data. I know coming from Froyo to GB you couldnt restore Data.

Going to be trying this out tonight.
I am running Apex 2.0 right now and that's on the .591 build, I'm having some GPS issues and I have been running Apex since 1.4 and I think it's time for a change!
