Mine use to work great as well. If I was quick on a reboot to get to system folder and mount. Now that im on 2.3.340, I too cant seem to mount rw right now, was working last week when I first put this rom on my phone and got all my apps going now I cant get it to mount.
I own Root explorer and Im up to date
