I'm a big fan of nextheme. It's black with green accents and that's right up my alley.

Look at the screenshot of the main phone settings. Most themes are subtle. The dialer will be different, for example.

If it's anything like on the D1 it's a standard update.zip install from recovery. Make a backup first because it may bootloop your device.

Same instructions that I gave you for the rom. Boot in to cm recovery, mounts system and install the .zip from the sd card. Pretty easy. Just a warning though, themes tend to take a long time on the first boot so don't get impatient and pull the battery if you're watching the boot animation for a long time, just hang tight and let it do its thing. And as always make sure the battery is at least 70% if not fully charged.

so make another nandroid backup? and i dont use d2 bootstrap right?

Yes use bootstrap. You can make a new backup if you'd like but as long as you have one of the stock setup, I rarely worry about it.
