To be honest I don't own a computer right now so I haven't had any experience with sbf. Your best bet is to search droid 2 2.3.2 sbf on the forums and google. If you find something that looks relevant post a link and i'll look through it.

The problem is he made a backup but it wasn't of the stock image, it was of the rom. Z4root and clockwork are what you would generally use but this situation is not rectifyable through those 2 programs... we already tried.
I share your concern, I have a D1 that I have rooted and overclocked. I'm waiting to see what my wife wants my Droid or a different phone. If she goes with a different phone I'm ready to install the ROM.

i already rooted with z4root the other day.....im trying to get back to stock to get my 2.3.2 update & when i use my rom manager to restore backup (back to stock) its not working
