Rooting Razr After Jelly Bean

After being one of the first "kids" on the block
to get the latest and greatest smart phone,
I have been intrigued by rooting a phone but
have never done so.

So I was wondering if there is a safe, one
click (or two or three) rooting programs
available for someone who barely know
how to use the device let alone follow
the rooting instruction I have inspected
in the past with all the abreviations and
techy lingo.

Also I am very pleased with my Razr and
Jelly Bean and Verizon 4G so what would
I gain by rooting my Razr?
